We have been using the services of “a Home from Home” since July 2012. During the time Chloe, our Dalmation, has stayed with Natalie, which has been on numerous occasions, we have been extremely satisfied. We went away for an extended holiday last year for six weeks and I had no hesitation in leaving Chloe with Natalie as we knew she would be well looked after. In fact we don’t think Chloe missed us at all!!! Previously we have tried kennels but found Chloe fretted and was very unhappy. Kennels cannot offer what Natalie offers which is indeed a home from home and Chloe has always been treated as one of the family. I would have no hesitation in recommending “A Home from Home”

"Pugs are not the type of dogs you leave in kennels, so my main worry was initially that Barnsley would miss the simple comforts he was used to. On our first weekend leaving him at home from home we received a picture message of him quite comfortably making himself at home in the living room, and I knew he was going to do well! Each time we've needed him looked after since, he barges in and looks for the dogs to play with. Now we've got a second Pug, we will have no hesitation if we choose to go away - we would never take them to anyone other than Natalie"

"We were going on a special family holiday abroad.I had concerns for our elderly dog Lucy at the grand old age of 16! I did not want her to go in to kennels due to the stress.I found Natalie on the internet and I am so pleased I did.She made Lucy's stay so special, with lots of love and lots of T.L.C I received texts and pictures from her showing me how Lucy had settled which ease my mind!! "Hi Natalie, Just a little note to send a big thank you to you and your husband for looking after our big cheeky monkey Charlie on Saturday. He had a marvellous time and absolutely loved playing with your other dogs, there's not much tires Charlie out but he was exhausted when we got home he went straight to his bed and slept. It was the first time i'd left him with anyone else and I knew he was in good hands and was given lots of love and attention which he adores.

I have always been wary of leaving Ben with anyone but am fully confident that he is safe, secure and happy with Natalie. Natalie has proved to be amazing with the irregular scheduling of Ben’s visits too – and when I have been late to collect him. Natalie is an absolute star!”
